Based on IFC’s SME Governance Methodology, the modular program is tailored to the specific needs of growing SMEs, covering aspects of decision making, recruitment, succession planning, internal controls, appointing advisors and directors, and implementing effective governance.
The upcoming program will take place virtually over six non- consecutuve days form 10am - 4pm (UAE time) with several breaks throughout the days.
