MEIoD Governance Conversation Subscription
Governance is at the heart of organizational success. Through this subscription, we are creating an institutionalized platform for professionals like you to engage in frank, challenging, and real-life governance discussions while expanding your network within a community of like-minded peers.
The subscription is centered around the 90-minute monthly MEIoD Governance Conversation sessions. For each MEIoD Governance Conversation session, we will present a case study relevant to the topic at hand. The case studies are then discussed in groups and an “ideal” scenario is presented highlighting best practices and how to overcome real-life challenges that may be faced. Content and material for each session will be shared with the attendees.
The presentation of the case study and the best practices will be recorded and shared with the
members in case they are unable to attend the sessions.
Due to the busy schedule of our Alumni, we understand that scheduling can be challenging so we will be hosting the sessions on different days and times to allow for members to attend some if not all the sessions.

- July: ESG in the Middle East: From Compliance to Competitive Advantage (July 14, Tuesday: 6 pm)
- August: Board Oversight of Geopolitical & Sanctions Risk (August 12, Wednesday: 11 am)
- September: The Nomination & Remuneration Committee: Aligning Leadership, Incentives & Strategy (September 15, Tuesday: 6 pm)
- October: The Audit & Risk Committee: Beyond Financial Oversight (October 14, Wednesday: 11 am)
- November: Governing Culture, Ethics & Whistleblowing (November 10, Tuesday: 6 pm)
- December: Board Composition for 2030: Skills, Diversity & Strategic Fit (December 9, Wednesday: 11 am)

Subscription Fees:
- Quarterly Subscription is US$ 175. For quarterly subscriptions, other offerings are limited until you complete two quarters.
- Monthly Subscription is US$ 75. For monthly subscriptions, the offer only includes attending the MEIoD Governance Conversation session.
